What you can learn from this
The Golden Ratio shows whether your team is sending too many PPVs (damaging to the relationship) or not enough (missing out on sales). Between 5-10% is usually pretty good. 8.79% is the sweet spot.
Out of the 48,442 messages, less than 10% were PPVs. Paired with the high unlock rate, it’s clear that genuine, relationship-focused chatting works better than just flooding the chat with PPVs.
