Who is Coco Collaborative? 

Coco Collaborative is a "girls and gays-run" agency. Their mission is to provide a safe space for creators that moves away from "cookie-cutter" management styles.

Before starting her agency, Olivia was herself a content creator - and an engineer before that. She found that many agencies tried to force creators into specific molds. This experience shaped her own gentle, bespoke approach to management.

Lessons in creator-led management

Olivia focuses on a management style that respects the creator’s brand and personal boundaries. Here are some key lessons from her approach:

  • Put yourself in the creator's shoes: Olivia does not ask creators to do anything she would not do herself. This builds a foundation of comfort and respect.

  • Work for the creator, not the other way around: The agency builds a custom team of chatters and account managers around each creator’s specific goals.

  • Give creators their voice back: One of Coco Collaborative’s strengths is "bringing accounts back from the dead." They remove generic, robotic content and replace it with posts that reflect the creator’s true personality. Olivia breaks down a real-life example in the video above.

  • Focus on originality over shortcuts: In one case, the agency spent 48 hours deleting 8,000 promotional photos from a creator's page to restore her original, easygoing beach-and-surf-girl brand. This helped fans reconnect with the creator they had been missing.

As Infloww connects with more creator platforms, they plan to utilize that to expand fan reach, all while keeping creator comfort at the heart of their strategy.
