Ama isn't just a dancer—she's a well-rounded Creator who uses her platform to express herself in a way that feels true and authentic. But how did a girl who loves nature end up in the world of online content creation?
In this interview, we uncover it all!
Plus: listening to your body, staying organized as a Creator with ADHD, dealing with the pressure of being your own boss and much more.
Let’s dive in!
Name: Amanda AKA Woodland Dancer
Age: 28
Location: Costa Rica
OnlyFans Creator since: July 2020
Niche/Genre: Artistic nudity/erotica
Hours Per Week on OnlyFans: 2-4 hours a day
Q: Can you introduce yourself and talk about your background?
Ama: My name is Amanda and everybody calls me Mandy. But I like being called Ama because it is a version of the verb “love” in Spanish, and it also means mistress. I’m a dancer from Costa Rica. I was born here and I live secluded in the mountains, 30 minutes away from the city. I have always felt in harmony with nature and the natural elements.
After I started studying dance in college, I started exploring other parts of dance that aren’t widely accepted by society. So basically I ended up making an OnlyFans because I like to be naked and make shapes with my body. And the fact that I dance and act and sing and I do photography. I am quite in love with creating the images, seeing the colors, editing, and framing. I love that.
I created OnlyFans as a project where I do erotica and nude content, but I do it from that aesthetic perspective. I’m always looking to be creative on how to show my body, so it's not just putting my booty up to the camera and BAM.
Q: Do you feel pressure from relying on creating content online for income?
Ama: Yes, I haven't had a content free vacation in these four years because every time I go somewhere, I immediately think “this is so beautiful, I gotta make stuff.” And if I'm not online, people are going to unsubscribe and never come back.
I don't do many masturbation videos and things like that because I don't like to force myself. I have done it when I have felt hot enough and in the mood, and that's what I like about my content, that I try to keep it really genuine.
When people do more explicit content, whether porn, sex, or solo videos, that can be very tiring. You know, to be doing that all the time and for the camera, for the likes, for the money. So I try to not disconnect that much from my body and from my feelings.
Q: Tell me about your content creation process.
Ama: I use a method called the three sections. Every time I create content, I make “safe for work” content, for Instagram and things like that. Then, I make content for my OnlyFans feed, and then I record the erotica or the complete version of the video or photo shoot that I'm doing. This way I always have content that I have made previously that I can repost, re-message in the DMS, or re-share on my stories.
Q: Tell me about the evolution of your brand.
Ama: When we were kids or teenagers, Tumblr was really big, and I had a porn blog. It was called The Perfect Girlfriend. I used to post these porn gifs that were really popular back then. When I created my onlyfans, I thought of that name.
Ama: When I think about The Perfect Girlfriend and what it stands for, I think about things like talkative, understanding, gentle, communicative, likes to give people what they want. It's permissive, quite sexy, and funny. And I thought: I want to give that to my fans.
Many of them have told me, “what a great fucking name” and “that embodies you and your persona and your character so well”. My character doesn't even have a name, they know I’m Amanda, but they don't ever call me Amanda, not Mandy, not Emma, nothing. They just have this connection with The Perfect Girlfriend.
I saw it as creating a character and embodying those characteristics that I thought were important for that character. And since it’s part of me, it’s easy.

Q: How do you balance building community and personal relationships with fans?
Ama: I think my fans tend to come back a lot because I’m really sweet. I care about them. I really enjoy communicating with my fans and I love to take care of them. I love to feel like they're happy because of me. I have a fan who even sends me birthday and Christmas presents because I make him so happy.
I've always been a really loving person, so it’s not hard for me. I’m not faking anything, so that's why they come back.
Q: How do you set boundaries?
Ama: I think my welcome message has something special in it. It says, let's enjoy this in a respectful and beautiful way, or something like that. And I think that when people read that, they begin to think of it as a place of respect and being nice. It's not like a place for you to be entitled.

Q: How do you stay organized?
Ama: I like to have a notebook, and I love to make to-do lists. So when I have lots to do or when I'm overwhelmed, I go to the notebook, I grab my pencil, and I make a list.
Time management is key because, as an ADHDer, if I didn't pace myself correctly, I would do three videos in one day and then not touch my cell phone for three days. And that just can't happen. I’ve got to have structure. Since I’m my own boss, I have to be making sure that I'm doing what I need to do.
Q: What's your favorite thing about Onlyfans?
Actually, I started because, long story short, somebody shared a nude of me when I was underage. After that, I thought, why did I take that picture? And it was because I felt proud and beautiful and hot. So the reason I joined OnlyFans, and the reason I love it and why I’m still here is because it’s a place I can express myself and I can post a tittie pic whenever I fucking want to.
Conclusion
Between her sweet persona and beautifully put-together visuals, Ama is a breath of fresh air in the world of OnlyFans. Her 4-year journey as a spicy Creator shows how powerful authenticity and creativity can be to stand out among the crowd.
Blending artistry with intimacy, she's managed to carve a unique niche for herself. Beyond that, she’s shattered stereotypes, proving that success in this industry isn’t only about explicit content, but about connecting with an audience on a genuine level.
