If you’re an Onlyfans manager heading a team on Infloww, knowing how to navigate role permissions is key in ensuring that your team members can access the essential tools that they need without giving them access to sensitive data.

Infloww’s different role permissions are designed to give an OnlyFans manager a high level of control over each of their team member’s access levels.

So, the question is: what permissions do you set for your assistants in Infloww settings?

Your employees need access to essential features like messaging and collaboration tools, but when it comes to revenue data, they only need to access the information that’s relevant to them.

Let’s dive in and explore the various data permission levels Infloww offers.

Infloww’s data permission settings

Infloww offers three levels of data permissions: Data about self, Data about self and subordinates, and All data. Each of these settings offers a different degree of access to internal revenue data.

Data about self

This permission setting offers the lowest level of access, allowing users to only view revenue data about the Creators they’re assigned to.

It’s the ideal setting for your employees because it lets them keep track of their progress without giving them access to information that doesn’t pertain to them.

Data about self and subordinates

This setting offers slightly more access, including sales revenue data generated by both the employee and their assigned subordinates.

This setting is ideal for managers and team leads who are responsible for overseeing the performance of other team members.

It allows managers to get valuable insights about team performance metrics, making it easier to make decisions about how to allocate resources.

All data

This setting represents the highest level of access and is typically reserved for administrators.

It grants unrestricted access to sales revenue data for all Creators added by the agency.

Administrators with this level of access can get comprehensive insights into the overall performance of the team.

Adding and editing roles

Want to know how to add and edit roles? Just navigate to the Role Settings page and follow these simple steps.

To add a role:

  • Click Add Role

  • Enter the Role Name (ex. Admin, Manager, Assistant)

  • Describe the role (optional)

  • Click Submit

To edit a role:

  • Under Operations, click Edit

  • Adjust the Role Name and Description

  • Click Submit to confirm changes

How to adjust role permissions

You can set and adjust the permissions of each roll under the Operations tab.

To adjust permissions:

  • Click Set Permissions

  • Grant or revoke access to each category and page by clicking on the corresponding radio button

    • Expanding the radio buttons allows you to further customize permissions (e.g. Giving assistants access to the Messages or providing them access to Infloww Share for Share)

  • Adjust Data Permissions by clicking on one of three buttons (All data, Self and subordinates, and Data about self)

    • Data about self: Employees can only view the sales revenue information they generated for the creators they are assigned to, allowing them to track their own progress (recommended for assistants)

    • Data about self and subordinates: Employees have access to the sales revenue data generated by their subordinates, as well as their own, as per the Employee Management Org Chart. This allows managers and team lead to monitor their team's performance (recommended for managers/team leads).

    • All data: Employees can view sales revenue data for all Creators added by the agency, giving them an in-depth understanding of their team’s performance (recommended for admins)

  • Click Submit to finalize permission settings
