From Messages Pro to Vault Pro and beyond, our team is incredibly proud of everything we achieved over the past 12 months. The results speak for themselves—Infloww customers generated $2.6 billion in earnings in 2024.

As we wrap up the year, let’s take a look at some of the highlights from 2024:

Messages Pro™

We started the year strong with Messages Pro. The first of its kind, Messages Pro revolutionized the chatting game and gave Infloww the ability to develop features that others can’t. From message tabs and scripts to real-time notifications and fan insights–Messages Pro empowered teams to chat faster and more effectively than ever before.

Smart Lists

April saw the arrival of Smart Lists. Teams can now group fans based on spending power, subscription length and status. These dynamically updated lists enable more precise retention and engagement strategies.

Vault Pro™, Messages Dashboard and a new look

June marked a milestone for Infloww with the unveiling of our new brand identity and the launch of two major features: Vault Pro and Messages Dashboard.

Vault Pro™

Eliminating the need for complicated workarounds, Vault Pro™ enabled teams to save time by bulk uploading, tagging, and managing content from one centralized dashboard. Integrated with Messages Pro™, chatting teams can easily find content by tag, caption, or description. Plus, the sending status, suggested price and last sent price are there to help them decide what to send.

Messages Dashboard

A gamechanger for quality assurance, Messages Dashboard allows managers to monitor employee messages and key metrics at a glance. It also allows them to quickly unsend messages and then jump into the conversations in Messages Pro.

AI Copilot

In September, we opened up AI Copilot to the public in beta. Using state-of-the-art technology, Infloww's AI Copilot analyzes conversations and generates natural sounding response suggestions in real-time. Your teams will never be stuck for a response again.

Smart Messages™

After months of fine-tuning, we launched Smart Messages™ in October, introducing a smarter way to engage fans–without the risk of spamming. With triggers like when a fan comes online, their subscription is nearing expiry and more, Smart Messages enable you to send timed, targeted messages that boost engagement and sales while staying relevant.

Split Inbox

Managing big creator’s inboxes can get chaotic. Employees compete over high-value fans, messages get missed, and VIPs go unanswered. Our solution for this came in November when we launched Split Inbox.

Divide a creator’s inbox into up to 9 groups and then hide fans that aren’t in a specific group. Employees can work efficiently in the same inbox, handle more conversations, and ultimately drive higher revenue per account.
