Event: IF100 Nexus, an invitation-only retreat (the “Event”) to be held at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama, Spain (the “Venue”), on 14–17 October 2026 (programme subject to change).
Last updated: 1 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) will be legally binding upon registration for IF100 Nexus. Infloww reserves the right to update them from time to time; the version in force is the one accepted at registration. Regardless of whether your registration is submitted by you or on your behalf, these Terms apply to you and to your participation in IF100 Nexus. By registering, purchasing a ticket, or attending, you (the “Agency” or “Attendee”, together “you”) agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. “Attendee” includes all participants at the Event, including any partner representatives. Infloww reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the Event website, and in the consents you provide at registration.
1. The Event
1.1 IF100 Nexus is a professional, invitation-only B2B event. Attendance is offered to invited agencies and partners and is not open to the general public.
1.2 Programme changes. The programme (keynotes, partner briefings, activations, dinners and social functions) is indicative. We may modify the programme, speakers, schedule, sessions, activities, content or Venue spaces at any time, with or without prior notice. Programme changes or speaker substitutions will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, provided the Event takes place on the announced dates. We do not guarantee the attendance of any third party (sponsor, partner or speaker).
1.3 Tickets are personal to the named Attendees and to the registering Agency.
2. Registration, eligibility and agency caps
2.1 Eligibility — IF100 Nexus Group. Tickets may be purchased only by members of the IF100 Nexus Group (Infloww’s invited community of top creator-management agencies) who meet our published invitation criteria. Infloww reserves the right to modify or expand the list of IF100 Nexus Group members and its invitation criteria at its sole discretion. We may verify eligibility and decline or cancel any registration that does not meet them, including where a purchaser is later found not to be a member of the IF100 Nexus Group.
2.2 Business (B2B) basis. You register in the course of your business or profession and contract as a business, not as a consumer. You confirm you are authorised to register the named attendees on behalf of your agency and to bind it to these Terms.
2.3 Ticket types. Tickets are sold in tiers (e.g. Early Bird, Regular, Closing) at the prices and availability shown at the point of sale on IF100 Nexus. Prices, tiers, availability windows and quantities may change; figures in planning materials are not binding offers.
2.4 Agency cap. Unless we approve otherwise in writing: a default maximum of two (2) tickets per agency applies; a third or subsequent ticket requires our prior internal approval and will never be sold at the Early Bird price; and no agency may hold more than two (2) Early Bird tickets under any circumstances.
2.5 Complimentary and partner tickets. Complimentary tickets are personal and non-transferable, carry no right to a refund, may be withdrawn at our discretion, and are subject to these Terms and the Code of Conduct. Partner and sponsorship participation is governed by the separate terms we agree with each partner; these Terms apply in addition and to the extent not addressed there.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
3.1 Submission of a registration (online or by email) constitutes an official registration and intent to attend. Invoices are payable upon receipt of the registration, and full payment must be received to gain entry to the Event.
3.2 Taxes. Prices are in euros (€) and are exclusive of any applicable indirect taxes, which will be added at the applicable rate and shown on your invoice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
3.3 Other charges may apply. If payment of any fee is required, you may be asked to supply relevant information (e.g. card number and expiry, billing address). You represent and warrant you are entitled to use any card whose details you provide. By submitting such information you grant us the right to provide it to third parties (e.g. MeetMaps) to facilitate the payment transaction; verification may be required before completion. You will pay all fees and charges incurred by you or on your behalf at the prices in effect when incurred.
3.4 You are responsible for any bank, card, currency-conversion or transfer fees. Late or failed payment may result in cancellation of the registration and release of the associated ticket(s), without liability to us.
4. Accommodation
4.1 Accommodation included. Your ticket includes accommodation at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama for the three nights of the Event (14–17 October 2026). Accommodation forms part of the ticket package and cannot be removed, exchanged, transferred separately from the ticket, or refunded on its own.
4.2 No refund or credit if unused. If you choose not to use the accommodation provided, or use only part of it, this does not entitle you to any refund, credit or reduction in the ticket price.
4.3 Room allocation. We allocate rooms within the Event room block; room type and occupancy (including any shared occupancy) are arranged by us, and check-in/check-out times and room rules are set by the Venue. Requests are accommodated where reasonably possible but are not guaranteed.
4.4 Incidental charges. Incidental charges at the Venue (minibar, spa, room service, damages, etc.) are your responsibility and payable directly to the Venue.
5. Cancellation and refunds
5.1 Tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, the ticket price is non-refundable, including for no-shows or non-attendance, except where we cancel the Event under clause 7 or where required by law.
5.2 Cancelling your registration does not cancel your hotel or travel arrangements; you remain solely responsible for those and for their separate cancellation terms.
6. Transfers and name changes
6.1 Transfers within the same agency only. A ticket is transferable only to another employee/colleague from the same Agency, on written request to infloww.events@infinni.io up to 13th October 2026, subject to our approval and the new attendee accepting these Terms and completing the required consents and forms. A ticket may be transferred only once. Transfers to a person from a different agency are not permitted.
6.2 No badge sharing. Sharing of badges/credentials is not permitted at any time. Badges/credentials are issued to, and may be used only by, the named Attendee, and must be worn/visible at all times during the Event. Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose without our prior written consent. We may remove any person who breaches this clause and cancel the relevant ticket without refund.
7. Postponement or cancellation by us; force majeure
7.1 We may reschedule, relocate or cancel the Event and will notify registered attendees as soon as reasonably practicable.
7.2 Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay in performing, or for cancelling, the Event due to events beyond our reasonable control, including act of God, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, government or travel/meeting restrictions, transport disruption, strikes, terrorism, war, civil unrest, utility or Venue failure, or supplier default (“Force Majeure”).
7.3 If we cancel the Event (other than for your breach), your sole remedy is a refund of the ticket price paid (excluding taxes already remitted to authorities and non-recoverable third-party charges), or, at our option, a credit/transfer to a future edition. In a Force Majeure event, refunds (if any) are limited to amounts we can actually recover from suppliers, less non-recoverable committed costs. We are not liable for your travel, accommodation or other costs, and we recommend you hold travel/event insurance (clause 11).
7.4 If we reschedule or relocate, your ticket remains valid for the new date/location.
8. At the Event: conduct, security and multimedia
8.1 Code of Conduct. All attendees must comply with the IF100 Nexus Code of Conduct (Annex A), the Venue’s and activity providers’ rules, and the lawful instructions of our staff.
8.2 Security and Venue rules. We may take any security measures we deem appropriate. You will comply, including: wearing your badge visibly at all times; not sharing/exchanging your badge; submitting to random bag checks; and not leaving property unattended (unattended property may be removed). No persons under 18 years of age will be permitted at the Event or Venue except as pre-approved by us in writing. Prohibited items include firearms and other weapons, explosives and hazardous materials. You will also comply with the Venue’s rules, including its smoking policy (see Annex A).
8.3 Removal. We may refuse admission to, or remove from, the Event, any activity, accommodation or function, any person who breaches these Terms or the Code of Conduct, behaves unlawfully, dangerously or in a way that harms or threatens others or the Event, or who is unfit to participate (including through intoxication). No refund is due in those circumstances and you remain liable for any damage caused.
8.4 Badges and scanning. Badges may contain RFID or similar technology used to record attendance and participation. Where your badge is scanned by or for a partner/sponsor, that partner may receive a report including attendance/participation and certain registration information, subject to our contracts and our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of any partner/sponsor.
8.5 Partner/exhibitor sessions. By registering for a partner session you understand your registration information will be shared with that partner subject to our Privacy Policy; the partner’s further processing is governed by its own privacy practices.
8.6 Attendee multimedia — discretion first. Given the confidential, discreet nature of IF100 Nexus, you may not record, photograph or live-stream sessions, partner briefings or other attendees without consent, and you must comply with all photography indicators and our content team’s instructions. Certain sessions may be designated off-the-record / Chatham House. Any content you do capture in permitted areas must not defame others, infringe IF100 Nexus branding/IP, or violate others’ privacy rights. We retain sole discretion over content displayed on Event screens and may restrict the use of multimedia at the Event.
8.7 Recording by us. We (and those authorised by us) may photograph, record (audio and video), livestream or otherwise capture the Event, and some sessions will be recorded for internal and commercial purposes; participative workshops/discussions may involve voice recordings of attendees. We will give advance notice when a session is recorded and a mechanism to raise concerns or objections. Use of your image and recordings is governed by our Privacy Policy and the photography consent you give in the pre
event Registration Form.
9. Confidentiality and intellectual property
9.1 Confidential information. Commercially sensitive information shared at the Event (including unreleased platform/API features, benchmarks, pricing, partner data and other attendees’ business information) is confidential. You will not disclose or misuse it, and will treat partner briefings and any non public information shared in them as confidential unless we state otherwise.
9.2 Our IP. All Event content, branding, materials and the IF100 Nexus Playbook, and the Infloww and IF100 Nexus names and logos, are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to use materials we provide for your own internal business purposes only. No other rights — including any right to use our names or logos — are granted.
9.3 Your marks. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your agency name/logo in attendee lists, on site and in Event-related materials, unless you tell us in writing not to.
9.4 Ownership of event outputs. Any frameworks, methodologies, documents, materials, outputs or collective work generated during workshops, roundtables, working sessions or collaborative activities at the Event constitute a collective work created under Infloww’s initiative, coordination and name, and the economic/exploitation rights in such work belong exclusively to Infloww, regardless of individual contributions. To the extent any such rights would otherwise vest in you, you assign them to Infloww (your inalienable moral rights as an author, where applicable, remaining with you).
10. Optional activities, health and safety
10.1 Optional activities are voluntary. Activities offered around the Event — including our premium activation, any experience, excursions, water activities and similar — are entirely optional and voluntary. You are under no obligation to take part, and choosing not to take part does not affect your attendance. You should take part only if you are fit and able to do so safely.
10.2 Run by independent third-party providers. These activities are organised, operated and controlled by independent third-party providers, not by Infloww, under their own terms, rules and insurance. Where you take part, you do so under the provider’s terms and instructions, and the provider is solely responsible for the activity — including safety briefings, equipment and insurance — and for any loss, injury or damage arising from it. Infloww acts only as facilitator/introducer, does not operate these activities, and is not responsible or liable for them or for any loss, injury or damage arising from your voluntary participation; the limitations in clause 12 apply.
10.3 Safety and your information. You participate at your own risk, must follow all safety briefings and the instructions of staff and providers, and must not take part while impaired. You must tell us in advance of any allergies, dietary needs, accessibility requirements, relevant medical conditions and emergency contact details, via the pre-event Registration Form; we use this only to keep you safe and accommodate you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Insurance, travel and personal property
11.1 You are responsible for arranging your own travel and adequate travel and event-cancellation insurance (covering cancellation, curtailment, medical costs and personal belongings). We strongly recommend you do so before booking travel. You are responsible for your own travel documents, visas and Spain entry requirements.
11.2 We are not responsible for loss of or damage to your personal property at the Venue or during any activity. Valuables are left at your own risk.
12. Assumption of risk, liability and indemnity
12.1 Assumption of risk. You accept and assume the risks of personal injury or damage to your property while attending the Event and the activities, and waive claims against Infloww, its affiliates, partners and providers relating to those inherent risks.
12.2 Exclusions. We are not liable for: indirect, special or consequential loss; loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or opportunity; the acts/omissions/services/products of any third party (Venue, hotels, airlines, transfers, tour, catering, entertainment or other providers, who contract with you directly and/or under their own terms); loss arising from your failure to follow safety instructions; or any matter covered, or which would have been covered, by the insurance you are required to hold under clause 11.
12.3 Cap. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Event and these Terms (whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise) is limited to the total ticket price paid by you for the relevant ticket(s).
12.4 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Infloww, its affiliates, organisers and agents against any loss, damage, injury, action, proceeding or claim arising from any act or omission by you during or otherwise in connection with the Event.
13. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on the Event website) and the consents you provide at registration, and with applicable data-protection law, including the EU GDPR and
the Spanish LOPDGDD. By registering you confirm you have read the Privacy Policy and, where you register others, that you are authorised to provide their data and have made them aware of it.
14. General
14.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, with the documents they reference, are the entire agreement for your attendance and supersede prior discussions, including planning or pitch materials.
14.2 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is deemed omitted and the rest continue in full force; the parties will replace any invalid provision with a valid one that most closely approximates its intent and economic effect.
14.3 No waiver. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
14.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your registration to a third party without our consent (ticket transfers are governed by clause 6); we may assign or transfer these Terms to a group company or to a successor in connection with a reorganisation or sale of our business.
14.5 Notices. Notices under these Terms must be in writing. Notices to us: infloww.events@infinni.io; notices to you: the email address used at registration.
14.6 Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Arona (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) have exclusive jurisdiction.
Annex A — Code of Conduct
IF100 Nexus brings together our most valued agencies and partners for a few intensive, high-trust days. This Code keeps the Event professional, safe and welcoming for everyone. It applies to all attendees, partners, speakers, staff and guests, at every Event function — conference sessions, networking, activations, meals, the gala dinner and the afterparty — and in all Event spaces, accommodation and transport.
By attending, you agree to this Code.
1. The standard we expect
• Be professional and respectful. Treat everyone with courtesy, regardless of role, agency, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, disability or appearance. • Network in good faith and respect boundaries. Make introductions and do business respectfully. If
someone declines an introduction, a contact exchange or any request, accept it without pressing — “no” is a complete answer.
• Respect privacy and discretion. Don’t photograph, film, record or post about other attendees without their consent, and honour the photography indicators (the photo-OK lanyard/sticker system — only feature attendees showing the photo-OK indicator). Many attendees value discretion — protect it.
• Respect confidentiality. Treat partner briefings, unreleased features, benchmarks and other attendees’ business information as confidential.
• Follow instructions. Comply with the lawful instructions of Infloww staff, the Venue, and activity providers, and with all safety briefings.
2. What is not acceptable
• Harassment, bullying or intimidation of any kind, including unwelcome sexual attention, comments or contact, persistent unwanted attention, or sharing intimate or sexualised content about another person.
• Discrimination or hate speech.
• Threats, violence, or aggressive or abusive behaviour.
• Recording or photographing people without consent, or sharing private information about others.
• Damage to the Venue, vessel, vehicles or property, or any unsafe or illegal conduct.
• Possession or use of illegal drugs.
• Behaviour that endangers others or seriously disrupts the Event.
3. Alcohol and activities
Drinks (including an open bar) will be served at several functions. Please drink responsibly and look out for one another. Staff and providers may decline to serve, or may exclude from an activity, anyone who appears unfit to participate safely. Optional activities are voluntary and are run by independent providers, as set out in clause 10. Never access the event areas, use the facilities, or take part in any activity against staff instructions or while impaired.
3b. Venue rules, smoking and community channels
Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in most areas of The Ritz-Carlton, including the conference spaces and the areas where evening events are held. Smoking is allowed only at the designated hotel entrance area. Please follow the Venue’s signage and staff instructions.
Community channels. If we run an IF100 Nexus community channel (e.g. Telegram or WhatsApp), participation is voluntary. Keep it professional and confidential: do not share other participants’ contact details, screenshots or business information outside the group, and respect anyone’s choice to leave or stay private. Be aware that some platforms reveal your phone number or username to other members.
4. Reporting a concern
If you experience or witness anything that breaches this Code, or you feel unsafe, please tell any Infloww team member immediately, or contact infloww.events@infinni.io / on-site contact Elena Fernández + 34 608 901 173. We will take all reports seriously, treat them as confidentially as we reasonably can, and support you in contacting Venue security or local authorities where appropriate. In an emergency, call the local emergency number (112 in Spain).
We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
5. Consequences
Breaching this Code may result in a warning, removal from a session, activity or function, removal from the Event and accommodation without refund, being reported to your agency, being declined future IF100 Nexus invitations, and, where warranted, referral to the authorities. You remain responsible for any loss or damage you cause.
6. Our commitment
Infloww is committed to a safe, inclusive and respectful Event. We’ll apply this Code fairly and consistently and act on concerns promptly.
By attending IF100 Nexus you confirm you have read and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
