How to scale on mym — the agency operating system
The five-step system mym top agencies use to build momentum, earn organic reach, and scale from first sale to consistent monthly revenue.

Why most mym pages underperform
The biggest myth agencies fall into: "we just need better content."
The real bottleneck is an incomplete sequence. Most agencies open a page, publish for a few weeks and wait. mym rewards momentum, and momentum starts with traffic. Around 50% of the revenue generated on mym is produced by the platform's own internal traffic — and that internal traffic is triggered by the traffic you bring.
An agency that only publishes gets one wave. An agency that publishes and sends traffic gets both.
The mym success loop

The part that is specific to mym: the traffic you send buys you visibility you never pay for. Send visitors, they engage, the algorithm pushes your creator to mym's own user base, and new fans arrive that you did not acquire. Keep it running and mym adds promotion on top.
Step 1 — Set up before you send traffic
Traffic sent to an unfinished page is traffic wasted, and it will make you conclude that mym doesn't convert.
Create the page | Bio, profile picture, cover picture. Complete and on-brand. |
One account per language | English traffic on an English profile. Sending US-UK traffic to a French-language profile is the most common way agencies fail their test. |
Set up the link-in-bio | Add mym to every link page your creators already run (Linktr.ee, AllMyLinks, hoo.be). Label it "Free page — mym (PayPal)". PayPal is available on mym. |
Load your scripts | Import your scripts and add content via Vault Pro(mym Cloud). |
Set up automatic messages | Welcome message first. Every new subscriber gets something within seconds, before a human takes over. |
Publish 20 posts | Before opening any traffic. At 2 to 5 posts a day, that's 4 to 10 days. The subscription decision is made on what a visitor can see: a page with three posts gives them nothing to evaluate. |
Step 2 — Publish every day
Free public posts are the fuel of the algorithm. mym can only push content that exists, so publishing frequency sets the ceiling on everything downstream.
The standard: 2 to 5 public posts a day, per creator — around 60% photos and 40% videos.
Batch a week of content at a time, one approver, one calendar, no same-day improvisation.
Step 3 — Send traffic to mym
Where it comes from, ranked by return on effort:
Source | Cost | What it is |
|---|---|---|
Creator bios & link-in-bio | Zero | Traffic you already own, redirected. Start here. |
Multiple social accounts | Low | Instagram, TikTok and the rest. Same Reels, same content on all of them, all redirecting to mym. Then read conversion and LTV account by account. |
Phone farms | Medium | With more and more restrictions on social media, this is how agencies automate a significant volume of content and create virality. Used by mym's top agencies today. |
Paid media | Paid | Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. mym provides a dedicated conversion API that sends mym conversions back into your ad accounts, so you optimize on real events, and you can geo-target. |
Three rules. Get these wrong and every source underperforms:
One tracked link per source — that's how you find your two winners in week three instead of month three.
Every link points at the creator profile, never the homepage.
One account per language, matching the profile.
Step 4 — What mym gives back
Organic distribution
The more engagement, views and likes you generate on the traffic you bring, the more the algorithm recommends your creator to mym's user base — on the For You page and the Discover page. This is where growth stops depending on what you spend.
Promotion
For agencies that consistently bring traffic, mym adds promotional placements on top. Promotion is earned by the traffic you deliver and scaled on it, allocated case by case by your account manager.
Pop-up ad
Served to mym's audience on entry, with a one-click free subscription.

Carousel / Discovery
Your creator placed in the rotating carousel on the home and discovery feeds.

Placement | Duration | Subscriptions (expected) | Profile traffic (expected) | Revenue (expected) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Pop-up ad | 24 hours | from +200% to +300% | +400% | +200% |
Carousel | 1 week | +100% | +200% | +150% |
Trending page | 2 weeks | +50% | +100% | +100% |
Observed upper bounds, allocated case by case.
Step 5 — Monetize
Chat — the rule that matters most. Reply to every new subscriber within 10 minutes of their subscription. Respond directly, start the conversation, and don't wait for the fan to send a second message. The first minutes after a subscription are where engagement and monetization opportunities are created or lost. That target only exists if someone is on shift to meet it — build the coverage before you build the script.
Push — minimum 1 every 7 days, structured as teaser + offer + urgency, across three segments:
Segment | Objective |
|---|---|
Current subscribers | Maintain engagement, drive content sales |
Interested users / non-subscribers | Convert to subscription |
Former subscribers | Reactivate |
MOD — your passive revenue library. Consistent upload cadence, catalog split between evergreen and new drops.
Benchmarks — track these weekly
Metric | Platform average |
|---|---|
Free vs paid subscriptions | 41% / 59% |
Average subscription fee | $9.90 |
Private chat PPV average price | $42 |
Push messages average price | $30 |
Tips average price | $52 |
MOD average pricing | $37 |
Benchmarks aren't targets, they're diagnostic signals. Read them against each other:
Symptom | Diagnosis |
|---|---|
Strong subs, weak PPV | Chat strategy |
Strong engagement, weak conversion | Offer / pricing |
Good posting, good chat, flat subscriber growth | Traffic — go back to step 3 |
Weak everything | Consistency — posting + Push |
The 30-day plan, per creator
Before day 1 | Page, language, link-in-bio, scripts, automatic messages, 20 posts live. No traffic until this is done. |
Week 1 | Lock 2 to 5 posts a day. Open your first traffic sources, one tracked link each. Chat coverage in place. First weekly Push. |
Week 2 | Better Push packaging, clearer PPV offers in chat, MOD inventory. Compare subs-per-visit link by link: cut what doesn't convert, double what does. |
Week 3 | Rhythm: Push → chat → MOD follow-up. Re-engage lapsed fans weekly. Scale the sources that survived week 2. |
Week 4 | Ask your account manager for a promotion on your best-converting creators. Read 3-month LTV per fan and subs-per-visit side by side with your other platform. |
